The originality standard
Develop top rock, footwork, power moves, freezes, and originality as one complete foundation.
Name and film the original contribution. Record date, crew, influences, and evolution.
Battle with it. Let peers, judges, and the community recognize the movement as distinctly yours.
A cultural record — not a legal patent. The purpose is lineage, recognition, development, and accountability. Not ownership of human movement.
Built, not theoretical
We are adapting an existing competition and community system for breaking — not starting from a blank page.
The league core is live today on TKO.cam. The breaking layer and the AI career layer are what the 2026–2027 roadmap below builds.

Circus Runaways made originality visible through abstract movement, character, concepts, and a style that did not wait for permission. Think circus.
The roster
The origin
Gio is the founder of this movement. It goes back to his days in Slick on da Monkey Bars — the influence that made this scene possible in the first place. It was never written down anywhere. It lives in the minds of the people who were there.
He does not take the credit for it. He attributes it to his relationship with God — that life and self-expression are a blessing, and that the joy in them is the point. It is what he passes on now to his son, Giovanni.
Originality is not a new idea being introduced to breaking. It is the thing this crew was already known for — abstract movement, character, and concepts that did not wait for permission. The league does not invent the standard. It makes an existing one repeatable, documented, and creditable.
The foundation taught us how to break. Originality teaches us what to add.
